Navis takes great pride in the design and production of its quality products. All navis products are warrantied from the date of purchase to the original product & owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t override your standard regional consumer guarantees.
navis reserves the right to determine between manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and normal wear-and-tear / accidental damage / improper care / negligence or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
All warranty returns are handled through your retailer/place of purchase. If you have purchased through an official navis retailer – your claim must be processed through them.
All warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase & high-resolution photos.
If you need to return a product for a refund, you can do so by completing the Returns Form within 30 days of purchase.
Simple 4-step returns process:
Complete the Returns Form & click the SUBMIT button.
We will email you a Returns Order Slip.
Print your Returns Order Slip, enclose with the item(s) that you wish to return & send to your regional navis Head Office.
Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be issued within 7 days.
Please note that you will be responsible for the delivery charges associated with returning the product to us. Please note that applicable Tax & Duty are non-refundable.
Products must be returned in original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Products must be unworn, unwashed and in a fully resalable condition. Returned items must be accompanied by all packaging, swing-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets. Product packaging should be left unmarked with no stamps or labels affixed. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled. Items can be returned using the same delivery packaging it was delivered in, however please note that any items returned with postage labels attached directly to the product packaging will not be accepted for refund.
Returns will be inspected on arrival, and if the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued for the returned products within 7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
Instead of exchanges, we now offer a more efficient process – send your unwanted product to us for a refund and place your order for the replacement directly on navis.com. This means you'll get your replacement product much quicker!
Your privacy is always protected at navis and you can be assured that none of your personal information will be passed onto any third parties. navis.com needs to collect personal information from you such as your name, delivery address, contact phone numbers, email address, and credit card details to process your order. The information collected may also be used to inform you of additional products, services, and specials. All marketing material sent to you will include an ‘opt-out’ function whereby you can remove yourself from receiving any future marketing material. For more info Click Here.
