First time wearing this jacket was fishing in Oregon in 40 degree weather. with light to moderate rain for 6 hrs. It was warm and dry, with room for layers. Initially concerned about the tall collar, but it's comfortable, especially with the hood. Great for all-day fishing in rain when paired with bibs. Happy with this purchase, Navis has excellent price to value ratio for the jacket and bibs.
I recently acquired a black and orange jacket with a robust 3-layer hard shell. Eager to test its capabilities, I wore it on a particularly wet fishing expedition. Throughout the trip, despite the persistent rain and moisture, the jacket lived up to its promise, ensuring I remained utterly dry.Paired with the G4-91 bib pants, the combination was unbeatable. The pants fit perfectly and stood strong against the elements. If you're pondering the purchase, don't hesitate.
The gear is perfect! It's warm, comfortable and keeps the wind out ....i recommend this to anyone looking for a jacket and bib...I bought these mainly for night time lobstering in the winter, but I find my self wearing it anytime it's wet out or cold. It's amazing quality and the removable inner layer is amazing! I'd be happy to own any of there gear.
