If you need to return a product for a refund, you can do so by completing the Returns Form within 30 days of purchase. Simple 4-step returns process: - Complete the Returns Form & click the SUBMIT button. - We will email you a Returns Order Slip. - Print your Returns Order Slip, enclose with the item(s) that you wish to return & send to your regiona. - Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be issued within 7 days. Please note that you will be responsible for the delivery charges associated with returning the product to us. Please note that applicable Tax & Duty are non-refundable.
